All our services are provided by qualified, experienced maternity and childcare health-professionals. In our Prenatal services (courses and consultations) and postnatal workshops (First Aid, Newborn Sleep etc...) we give general educational advice about pregnancy, childbirth, new baby and child care. In our postnatal consultations and visits (including lactation visits) we are able to give more individualised attention, but specific medical advice on your own pregnancy, well-being, and that of your child's health and well-being cannot be given under any circumstances and clients must take such queries to their (or their child's) treating doctor, midwife, or other appropriate health professional.

The Baby On Board Spain courses and workshops have been designed to be up to date and factually correct at the time of teaching and to represent the current accepted professional standards (worldwide) with regard to general maternity and childcare advice.

Baby On Board Spain cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person or property arising out of or resulting from attendance at our classes. You are particularly advised to take care of all personal property and possessions.

Our courses and workshops have been designed as a supplement to the information, advice and general instruction offered by your treating medical team. All course and workshop material provided is for general information purposes only and should not under any circumstances be construed in any way as being particular individual medical advice or instruction.

Baby On Board Spain reserves the right to decline any application to attend any of its services.

If you, your partner, or any of your party, feel unwell whilst in attendance at any session, you should immediately seek the advice of your usual health-care professional.

PAYMENT

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation email or text message.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & BOOKING POLICY

Prenatal Courses:

You may cancel your booking at any time by letting us know by email. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return email within two days of receipt.

If you have paid a deposit to secure your place, your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel AT ANY POINT, unless there are exceptional circumstances (such as the premature arrival of your baby/babies*).

Once you have paid the full course cost - if you cancel more than one month before the start of the course you will receive a full refund minus the deposit.

If you cancel between one month and 14 days before the start of the course you will receive a 75% refund of the remainder of the course cost, after the deposit has been deducted.

And if you cancel less than 14 days before the course is due to start, no refund will be given.

In case of the premature arrival of your baby or babies*, we can offer a full refund of the course fee at any point up UNTIL the course begins.

* Premature arrival is classed as before 37 weeks gestation for single babies or 34 weeks gestation for multiples

Under exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. If we do, we will always try to offer you a suitable alternative. If you choose not to accept this, we will offer you a full refund.

Consultations & Visits (Online or in-person):

You may cancel your booking at any time by letting us know by email. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return email within two days of receipt.

Cancellations before 48 hours of the agreed consultation start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the agreed consultation start date, except in the case of premature arrival of your baby or babies.*

If you wish to reschedule your booking to a later consultation, you must request this change at least 48 hours before the consultation is due to start, otherwise your booking will be lost.

* Premature arrival is classed as before 37 weeks gestation for single babies or 34 weeks gestation for multiples

If you purchase the package of 3 Postnatal Visits, you can cancel as per the policy above. However, we can only refund the cost of the package if no visits have been used (we cannot refund costs related to any un-used visits within the package).

Under exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. If we do, we will always try to offer you a suitable alternative. If you choose not to accept this, we will offer you a full refund.

Group Online Workshops:

You may cancel your booking at any time by letting us know by email. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return email within two days of receipt.

Cancellations before 48 hours of the event start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the event start date.

Under exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. If we do, we will always try to offer you a suitable alternative. If you choose not to accept this, we will offer you a full refund.

Group In-person Workshops:

You may cancel your booking at any time by letting us know by email. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return email within two days of receipt.

Cancellations before 7 DAYS of the event start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the event start date.

If you wish to reschedule your booking to a later workshop, you must request this change at least 7 days before the workshop you booked is due to start, otherwise your place will be lost. However, if needing to reschedule due to the premature arrival of your baby or babies*, you may do so at any point up UNTIL the workshop begins.

Social Events:

You may cancel your booking at any time by letting us know by email. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return email within two days of receipt.

Cancellations before 48 hours of the event start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

If you wish to reschedule your booking to a later event, you must request this change at least 7 DAYS before the event you originally booked is due to start, otherwise your place will be lost.

You should assume that all logos, text and images in respect of Baby On Board are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may access, download or print any of our content for personal, noncommercial use ONLY. Any copies must retain the copyright or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material. If you wish to use our website content in any other way, you must first seek written permission from Baby On Board Spain.

DISCLAIMER

By booking with Baby On Board Spain, you agree, to the extent permissible by applicable law, that Baby On Board Spain, its officers, employees and sub-contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or unforeseeable loss, injury or damage suffered by you or anyone connected to you in respect of any inquiry or pre or postnatal course, of any variety, arranged by us, including the failure of any course to proceed following payment of a booking. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability under or in connection with your attendance at one or more of our courses, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise shall not exceed the sum of the course or classes you have paid for. We shall not be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by you of an indirect or consequential nature nor for any economic loss or other loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill.

All our instructors hold the requisite qualifications to teach in their particular field.

During the delivery of our services you may be required to practice positions, practical skills, massage and breathing techniques. Please check with your health professional to confirm that you can participate in physical skills practice before booking and please check with your doctor or midwife for any medical issue relating to your health, pregnancy, and birth. If you have any doubt about the extent to which you will have to participate physically, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to the session.

When we converse with you by email or contact you about any questions or concerns you may have, the information given cannot be construed as definitive medical advice, we will always advise you to contact your treating doctor, midwife, paediatrician about any specific concerns for yourself or your baby, as they will be the ones to hold medical records and know your (or your baby's) case best.

OUR SITE CHANGES REGULARLY

We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

LINKING TO OUR SITE

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
