For example: - choosing where to give birth 🏥 - making sure your birth plan is complete 📝 - knowing when to go to the hospital ⏰ - understanding how to cope in labour and pain relief options 💆‍♀️ - thinking about what kind of birth you would like and understanding your options 🌿 - understanding how to feed your new baby 🤱 🍼 - knowing what to expect in the first weeks of your recovery and your baby's life 👶 Whatever you’d like to clarify, we’ve got you covered 💛 Please note: in 1 session we can usually answer questions on 2 - 3 topics. This service is offered as a 45-minute video call, where you can ask all your questions and receive personalised guidance from an experienced maternity professional. We conduct the consultation online, from the comfort of your own home 💻 How it works: When booking, you’ll be asked to share your topics and questions so we can prepare our responses and have helpful resources ready to share with you during the session. 🎥 After the consultation, you will receive access to the recording and a summary of topics discussed and advice given. 🗓️ Recommended to complete before 37 weeks of pregnancy (or by 34 weeks for twins or multiples) ✨ Book your session now to feel clear, confident, and well prepared for your birth and early days with your baby.
