Having a baby in a foreign country can feel overwhelming at times. Being surrounded by people at a similar life stage - and who understand the expat experience - makes all the difference. At Baby On Board, connection is at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re delighted to invite you to our Pregnant & New Parents Meetups: relaxed, welcoming gatherings where you can meet other parents-to-be and new parents, share experiences, and start building your village in Madrid - before or after your baby arrives. These meetups are a chance to slow down, enjoy great food, and connect in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. 📍 Locations We rotate between different venues across Madrid, all conveniently located near public transport. 🍽️ What’s included Your booking includes: A set menu with 1 main meal + 1 drink + 1 dessert (menu options selected during booking) Most dietary requirements can be accommodated — just let us know in the booking form. 📅 Upcoming Events: Wednesday June 24th · 7:30pm – Asian Army, Mercado de Antón Martín, Madrid 🍛 (elevator access possible) What to expect: ✨ Meet other parents-to-be and new mums/dads 🍛 Enjoy a delicious Southeast Asian meal 🍰 Dessert, tea/coffee, relaxed chats, and time to unwind ⏰ Important information For pregnant parents or those with babies 0 - 12 months Bookings close 48 hours before the event *Places are limited, so early booking is recommended* Whether you’re newly pregnant, counting down the weeks, or navigating life with a new baby, we’d love you to join us and connect with other international parents on the same journey 🤍

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking at any time by letting us know by email. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return email within two days of receipt. Cancellations before 48 hours of the event start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event start time will not receive any refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. If you wish to reschedule your booking to a later event, you must request this change at least 7 DAYS before the event you originally booked is due to start, otherwise your place will be lost.
