Delivered across three focused sessions, this comprehensive course equips you with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools you need for labour, birth, and life with your newborn. Course Structure Session 1 (2h): Labour & Natural Birth Options Understand how labour works, what to expect, and explore natural birth approaches to help you feel calm and prepared. Session 2 (2h): Pain Relief, Birth Scenarios & Postpartum Care Learn about medicated pain relief options available in Spain, and gain clarity on inductions, interventions, and caesarean births, plus postpartum recovery. Session 3 (2h): Baby Care & Infant Feeding Build confidence in caring for your newborn, including practical baby care skills and guidance on both breastfeeding and bottle feeding. 💶 Price is per couple (or one parent attending alone). Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking at any time by letting us know by email. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by return email within two days of receipt. If you have paid a deposit to secure your place, your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel at any point, unless there are exceptional circumstances (such as the premature arrival of your baby/babies*). Once you have paid the full course cost - if you have cancel more than one month before the start of the course you will receive a full refund minus the deposit. If you cancel between one month and 14 days before the start of the course you will receive a 75% refund of the remainder of the course cost, after the deposit has been deducted. And if you cancel less than 14 days before the course is due to start, no refund will be given. In case of the premature arrival of your baby or babies*, we can offer a full refund at any point up UNTIL the course begins. * Premature arrival is classed as before 37 weeks gestation for single babies or 34 weeks gestation for multiples
