We know that having a new baby in a foreign country can feel overwhelming and lonely. Our mission is to support parents during this period with prenatal education, support, and a community of friends so you are empowered with all the options available for birth and beyond, can be connected to other local parents going through the same thing at the same time, and will feel confident about how to care for yourself and you new baby at this special time of your lives.

At Baby On Board Spain, we believe that this support should be friendly, fun, and dynamic whilst being informative and practical. We use experts with experience of the local maternity systems here to give prenatal courses and consultations, and First Aid Workshops. We are specialised in understanding the unique challenges English speakers face when pregnant and having babies in Spain.
