We know, from personal expereience, that having a new baby in a foreign country can feel overwhelming, confusing, and lonely.  Our mission is to support, connect, and educate new and expecting parents in Spain with prenatal and postnatal services, and community-building events. 

We are passionate about, and experts in, empowering you with options for birth and beyond so you can make informed choices about your care (and that of your baby), in order to feel calm and confident as you approach this new stage, here in Spain.  We also specialise in connecting you to other English speakers going through similar experiences, so you're not alone!

At Baby On Board Spain, we provide friendly, fun, and dynamic support and education, that is also informative, current and practical, for the realities of birth and beyond in Spain. 

 

Before birth, we connect you to other parents-to-be in our famous Bagel Brunches and Mocktail events!  Both before and after birth, we use medical and childcare experts with experience of the local systems to deliver classes like Prenatal, Sleep, First Aid, and more!  After birth, we support you with healthcare professionals who visit you at home to check recovery, baby's progress, help the partner or support person to best support the birthing mum, and address any feeding and babycare challenges.  And after birth, the support doesn't stop there - we love connecting you to other parents and babies in our Coffee Mornings, Workshops, and Concerts with English-speaking children's entertainers and musicians, so you may continue to be connected to other local parents as your babies grow!

We are 100% specialised in understanding the unique challenges English speakers face when pregnant and having babies here in Spain, and we can't wait to welcome you into our Baby On Board family of support where we will help make sure this time is as amazing, and full of friends, as possible!
