‘The Full Works' September 2023 Course

Service Description

This is a 4 week prenatal course, running one evening a week, to teach you and your birth partner everything from late pregnancy care, how to know you're in labour, when to go to hospital, what to expect and how to cope in the birth. •Plus how to care for yourself mentally and physically after, and how to care for and feed your new baby. •With a fully organised social event at the end!* AND: • Our invaluable Baby Registering Guide - a handy step-by-step guide on registering the birth, getting maternity/paternity pay, getting ID docs for domestic and international use, and getting baby onto the public healthcare system in Spain - yours for FREE with every booking! • The Baby On Board Course Guide - your pregnancy, birth, postpartum and new baby care booklet with the course information that will be covered each week - yours for FREE with every booking! The course can be done in-person or online. Our schedule is: Session 1: Pregnancy & Labour Session 2: Birth Session 3: Newborn Care & Feeding Session 4: Postpartum Care of the Mother Session 5: Social Event For the full description of what we cover in each session, see: https://www.babyonboardspain.com/group-prenatal-course The September Full Works course is recommended for due dates late October to late November 2023, but this is only a guide. You will be responsible for the cost of your own consumption. We are more than happy to accept a €50 non refundable deposit to secure your place on this course, with the balance of €300 being payable two weeks before the course starts.
