Small Baby Sleep Class - May

In this class, we equip new and expecting parents with all the tools and knowledge needed to approach their newborn's sleep with confidence, in a supportive way! Join Paediatric Sleep Consultant Rachael Wilson for all the tips, tricks and strategies to be more confident and rested, and better able to understand and support your new baby's sleep needs. This class will cover: ✔️ Creating a safe and ideal sleeping environment (including which products to avoid, plus car seat/baby carrier sleep safety) ✔️ Co-Sleeping - what you need to know ✔️ Dressing for bed - swaddles versus sleep bags, and how many layers ✔️ Understanding sleep and wake needs ✔️ Recognising sleep cues and avoiding over-tiredness ✔️ Newborn naps (when/where/how) ✔️ Establishing a routine ✔️ Coping with the 'Witching Hour' and colic ✔️ Supportive settling techniques ✔️ Q & A This is a live class; with recording, class notes and other freebies provided after the sessions ends!
